Some people aren't comfortable enough to show themselves. I remember once in SBB7, someone told me someone else threatened to show a picture of them to all the players. And when I asked "why is that a big deal?" that person SLAMMED me in their DR like I was stupid or something for even asking. Personally, I'd do it, but I think showing yourself takes away from the fun of the charade of playing a celebrity.

There was at one time a REALLY funny/embarrasing .gif of a youtube video I was in circulating around ORGs and I didn't freak out. |

yeah, if someone were to circulate my picture, it would be weird, because I wouldn't get why people would care enough to want to show it. But yeah, the mindset in ORGs can sometimes be VERY high school. And some of deez bitches can be MEAN. So I sort of get it. Especially for young players. Like I said, I think the only reason I would have been hesitant would have been because I felt like when you play up that you're a celebrity (or former castaway for that matter) that people have an idea in their heads about you based on the person you are "playing." If people see you then some of their preconceived notions about you may change. I don't know. It's an interesting concept/idea to explore.
However, I like playing alias, and showing myself would have potentially exposed me had we done this season 1 if anyone had recognized me. Also, it would have thrown several people for a loop that I'm not actually a woman. And that could have possibly worked against me. Maybe I'm overanalyzing, but I think it's a fascinating subject.

Well she's been a back and forth player from the beginning. She eared 2 quick strikes. Her DR isn't that good. I think it's a case of her just not living up to her potential. See Chuck season 1.
