Episode One~

Standing outside of the house wondering if I was going to be selected was as nerve wrecking as wondering if the bomb strapped under the bus in Speed was going to go off. I was feeling as though I said what I needed to say and showed what I needed to show in order to get into the house, but still you never know how these things will end up.

As the first group entered into the house the only thing that was on my mind was I hope I can get a single bed. As of late I haven't particularly had the best relationship with men unless were counting winning the Spike Guy's Choice Award. So having a bed to myself would be the most ideal situation. I'm not trying to get close to anyone like that in this house.

I fortunately was able to enter the house in the second group and claim a single bed in the Los Angeles bedroom. Los Angeles is obviously a second home to me so I felt it was the most comfortable and ideal situation I could possibly be in with these crazy people. Then the 3 girls that I said before I came into the house that I would not like to see in the game decide to come to the Los Angeles room as well. Hopefully my first impression changes otherwise I might have trouble sleeping at night. Luckily there was a drug test done before we entered the house because Nicki, Britney, and Lindsay seem like the first people to smoke on the crack pipe.

Ultimately I think that first impressions are very important for the first week of the game. So my goal is to talk to these people and get on their good graces immediately. The first two people nominated will probably be either the last active or the most disliked. So as long as I remain active this first week and don't get on anyone's bad side I should be okay.

Immediately after everyone settled in and put down their thousand dollar over packed suitcases we all went outside to the backyard where Penn informed us about our first Head of Household Competition.Basically the first Head of Household competition is a Popularity contest. Each of us will choose 3 people in the house that we would like to see win Head of Household and then those votes will be averaged with the viewing audiences votes. I think this will be very interesting because I would like to know immediately where I stand in the house without having to win Head of Household. I plan on throwing this first competition because I don't think that I will gain a genuine relationship with people if I'm Head of Household the first week. Everyone is going to go up to that person and tell them anything they want to keep themselves safe. I would rather build relationships with people when I'm not in power and see if they genuinely want to get to know me. Not just get to know me because I have something they want.

So I have to make sure to be careful to not look like I'm throwing it, but at the same time gain enough audience votes that aren't enough to get me to win it. I could easily see the two people falling on the bottom of this challenge being an easy excuse to nominate. So this challenge is really a balancing act that I hopefully balance successfully.

I may have had a difficult time figuring out "Murder by Numbers", but Noah was an easy mystery to solve. I think he comes off extremely paranoid and not very confident. I do like him though and could potentially see him as an ally. This is mainly due to the fact that he expressed his feelings about Nicki, Kate, and Britney possibly being together because of their interaction with one another before we entered the house. So I feel like were thinking the same, but I question if he's strong enough to get far in this game.

Bradley seemed at first difficult to talk too, but in the end started to open up. I feel like he's going to play a pretty straight up game and stay under the radar a bit. I can't really read him at this point, but I would say I like him at this point. Lindsay on the other hand seems to be trying way too hard to convince me that she's on my side. I almost feel like she says things to make you trust her, but it just makes me trust not trust. The first comment was about how she wanted to stick with the girls. I read this two different ways. The first was that she was possibly trying to see if I would be interested in an all girl alliance that she is probably already part of. The other was that she was trying to suck up to me and make me feel like she'll keep me safe. Lindsay is someone I am going to watch out for because something tells me she already has friends and allies here.

I like both Johnny and Mike a lot! I'm a girl who likes to laugh and these two guys can definitely provide some good comical relief in this house. They both seem trustworthy and forward. I feel like already their is a sense of unspoken trust with one another. If I were going to commit myself to an alliance so far it would be to one of these two guys. Everyone was in the backyard anxiously awaiting the results of the first Head of Household Competition. Before the competition was revealed though we had a former houseguest enter the house to inform us about a twist this season. It was none other than the D List Celebrity herself Kathy Griffin! I'm a fan of Kathy because I think she's quite funny and works hard for her money

Kathy informed us that each round there would be a List. The list would comprise of A Lister's and D Lister's. The goal would be to get on the A List and remain on the A List so that you could earn privileges while in the house. Those who were on the D List could face some consequences and not have the same advantages as the A List. I'm not sure if I was ever on the D List. I think maybe when I made Speed 2 I might of been close to there? Not to mention the movie I did with Bradley called "All About Steve".

I could be wrong, but right now I don't think this twist is large enough to have any major impact on my game. So it doesn't really concern me because I think I already figured out the many loop holes in this twist. For me my strategy of appearing weaker in the competitions if I'm remaining safe is more important than winning small rewards. I would rather keep to the social game than try to get caught up in small prizes to help me advance. I think you're a much stronger player when you work on the relationships more than you work on the competitions.

After Kathy left Penn informed us of the Head of Household Competition results. First, we were told about the Viewers having a poll and that counting for 15% of the total. I was ranked 9th by the Viewers and I felt okay with that. I mean it's not the top half, but I have time to win people over. lol. The second poll was the audience which we all campaigned for and I ranked 9th as well. lol. The last poll was us voting each other and I was ranked 12th, but I'm not concerned because I figured most people voted for themselves and probably only had that one vote over me. I didn't want the Head of Household so I wasn't going to give myself any edge to get it. That was worth the most percentage of the total at 60%. I'm on the D List, but I feel like I'm still bringing my A game here

Once everything was averaged it was revealed that Noah won Head of Household and I was very happy. Noah was one of the people I voted for to win. I feel very safe with him as Head of Household. Probably the most safe than I do with anyone else winning it. So I think it will be a good week for me and I'm just going to continue trying to get to know these people without getting caught up in any type of game talk.

So after everyone came back inside Noah told everyone that he was going to do the Nomination Ceremony right away. I was thinking..What? lol. You have 24 hours to do the ceremony and you're going to do it within the first couple of hours of winning Head of Household. Right away I felt as though Noah proved to everyone that he isn't good at this game. As Head of Household you are able to get information from people because most of the times they will say things so that they can keep themselves safe. With Noah making nominations right away no one really has to be too concerned for their safety anymore. I just thought he made a decision way too quickly and I think that shows that he isn't one to think things through.

He also revealed that by switching Britney and Dianna where his loyalties lie with those two. I feel Britney and him are close and Dianna was probably going to go on the block. In the end he chose to nominate Dianna and Lindsay. I'm happy with both of these nominations because Dianna was very short with me and Lindsay is someone I think could be sneaky. However, if the vote was today I would keep Lindsay because I think I can play up the whole "female alliance" with her, whereas Dianna I have no relationship with at all. It's going to be an interesting week and something tells me this could be a very divided vote.
