I am definitely surprised by the HoH winner. Noah kind of came out of nowhere! I did notice though that his and Sean's votes were coming in at the same pace. They were clearly working together to get votes in one way or another because they completely dusted the rest of the houseguests in the audience poll. For a while, Sean was actually winning, but Noah came and grabbed it in the end with a handful of audience votes.
I must say I'm also glad that Noah didn't just go with the whole nominate Christie and Sandra thing that some people were suggesting since those 2 finished last in the competition. I think he set a good precedent by making his own decision and not just going with what the house wanted from him.
Someone commented that he made a hasty decision by nominating Dianna and Lindsay so early (I think it was Sandra who said this), but at the same time, had he waited to hear from Lindsay or Dianna, he might have had a harder decision in the end. By throwing them up there, he was able to use the easy excuse of "I haven't talked to them" while he still clearly wants to see one of them go at the same time. Kudos to Noah.
Honestly, I wouldn't be upset if either Lindsay or Dianna go this round. Lindsay smited me, God knows why, and Dianna is part of that BB recylced crew. So, having either of them go is fine with me. But, we still have veto.
Oh, and also I was kinda surprised that Noah moved Britney to the A-List. I mean, it makes sense to ensure that your nominees are on the D-list, but this also showed that Noah isn't afraid to make waves. Granted, he didn't make any HUGE moves, but he didn't exactly do what was expected by taking any easy ways out.
Should be a good game.

I am hoping that this challenge requires some skill of some kind, and not a piece of crap random challenge like the HoH. Seriously, WTF? Oh well I guess.
I need to kiss ass because I'm expecting a pathetic challenge.
Um, whoah bitch. To say that the challenge was random? Ok. To say it was a piece of crap? Please. It included 3 different polls with different percentages, thus requiring different skill sets (the ability to promote yourself, the ability to be liked by others, and the ability to put on a good character). I'm sorry if bitches don't like you because you're a cunt. Don't blame my challenge.
You know, maybe this is just her venting, but this girl's attitute sucks balls. She viewed season 1, so she knows what kind of challenges to expect. If you think they are "crap" or "pathetic" then walk that skinny ass out the door.
[/rant]
In other news, to be perfectly honest I think Lindsay's a better player to stay than Dianna, but the way Lindsay presents herself is just sad. Having attitude is one thing, but bashing me and my game is another. With that said, I'm torn on who I want to see leave. We'll see who wins our "pathetic" PoV challenge though and if nominations change or not.
Sorry Blake, but I had to put this in here. I was just a little pissed.

Wow, Nicki. I'm surprised for a few reasons. First I will say that Nicki surprised me in the fact that she's not as one-dimensional as I thought she was originally. I thought she had one card to play, and that was the immabe a bitch and the queen of this house. I mean, yes, that's entertaining to a point, but eventually you get sick of it. Today, however, Nicki showed me she has a different side to her. I'm still not sure where I stand on her completely as a player, but my respect for her is growing.
With that said, do I think that vetoing Lindsay was smart? Not really. I mean, I don't see any benefit to her. She claims she's not even in an alliance with Lindsay, but this will just peg them as a duo and have people coming after her. I think she has just drawn unwanted attention to her. At the same time, she's shown that she's also willing to play her own game. While it may not be the smartest, I do respect originality.
In other news, where the hell is Noah? I hope he's not going inactive. That'd be sad. If he is, we decided he'd be the replacement nominee and then we'll let the vote happen. If that were the case, I think Dianna might get the boot. Who knows. I'm not a huge fan of Dianna, so that's fine.
I'm really liking Sandra's gameplay so far. She's laying pretty low though, so I think that eventually she'll need to establish that she's not just floating because I think that if she wants to win she'll need to make some bigger moves.
Mike has lead the key search. I'm not surprised there though. He's super active and everyone seems to love him. Definite threat. But forgetting to post his veto? Talk about pulling a Steve Carrell. Lucky for Mike, proboards decided to have issues, which meant he didn't need to draw unwanted attention to him by getting a strike this early.
I realize there's a few I haven't talked about yet, but I'll hit them up soon. Really, a lot of ppl are laying back this round, which is expected. I'm ready to move onto round two. I wanna see a new HoH take the lead to see how things shift.

Don’t apologize Penn! That is what this blog is for… to talk about the happenings in this game through our perspective… the good or the bad.
I completely agree with you on the topic of Lindsay. Coming into this game I had high hopes for that girl because I thought she could add a lot to the table, and so far she has just been a disappointment. Complaining is one thing, but don’t blame your circumstance on a competition that didn’t go your way. That’s a low blow to us, the hosts. It’s your own fault that you are nominated. Noah won that HoH fair and square and had the right to nominate anybody. Maybe you should stop bitching about how unfair you thought something was and actually DO something to stay in the game. I could go on and on but I really lost a lot of respect for her. And also it just makes me irritated that I had high hopes for her.
I am also a little sad and disappointed on how this first round has turned out due to Noah suddenly going MIA. Oh well, I wasn't a huge fan of him or his gameplay so I don't feel like its a loss if he leaves.
When we put together such a great cast, I thought the game would jump start right away and this game would take off. But I guess Rome wasn’t built in a day… so I am not worried that much right now. We may of had a crappy first round, but there are more rounds and opportunities to come!
One of the events I did enjoy this round was Nicky’s veto ceremony and her shocking decision to remove Lindsay from the block. Did I want to see Lindsay removed from the block after what she said? Not really, but I loved the fact that Nicky did what she wanted and not played the safe choice like everyone suspected. LOVE IT. Way to stir the pot right away! I have a feeling we will see a lot of mischievousness from that girl. It’s weird and she is weirder, but I like a good nut job with a mysterious side to them as well.
Its good watching! ♥

I also wanted to quick say who my early favorites are. It's a tough choice seeing as almost everyone is really posting a alot of good confessionals, so I really hope that keeps up to keep the juicy gossip coming! Next round I will go into my detail on what my opinions are of the Starz but anyways here my early favorites. I really enjoyed these individuals diary rooms so far and also I like some of these people's strategies. Hopefully the rest will break out of their shell or show me more. Or in Lindsay's case... prove me wrong that she isn't a whiny HOE BAG. ~ hehe. Blake's Early Favs-- LOVE Sandra's diary room... and her level head. That girl has a --- great strategy so far... she just needs to click more with the girls or else they will start hating on her. -- I played with Johnny before... and I know he is a kick-ass competitor. This game needs players like him. -- Mike and Sean are sweathearts plus they are entertaining and funny. -- Britney is awesome. She is also rocking the social part of the game and is a pretty smart strategic player. For sure NOT a dumb southern blonde! lol -- And lastly, of course I have to cheer for a person named KATE! DUH! Represent! I also like her diaries. I would have named Nicki but right now she is annoying me. She is an entertaining houseguest but I wouldn't want to live with her myself.... eekkk. haha Also Drew is growing on me... really CUTE. I hope he can step up his game and show more but it's only the first round. So I have hopes for him. More of my opinions to come next episode!
