I've put a clock on the site per request of some people wanting something to help them determine their post time. I can't guarantee it's accuracy, however. I know that I've never been able to fully find a clock (on my computer or generated from a code) that seems to match the internal proboards clock which is responsible for time-stamping each post. So, use it at your own discretion.
