Welcome to the REAL Pov 4, not the impostor PoV 4 from last round, which was really PoV 3 in disguise as PoV 4. 
Anyways, as you've all been going crazy to try to unlock some money, this is where that money will come into play. Each of you will take the money that you earned in the Reward 4 challenge and add it to another $100 which you'll each be given for this challenge. As well, any A-Lister gets a bonus $5 as their PoV perk for this round. So, with all that considered, I believe this is the amount of money you'll each have for this competition:
Adam - $128
Bradley - $105
Britney - $100
Dianna - $100
Drew - $105
Johnny - $115
Kate - $105
Lindsay - $116
Nicki - $105
Sandra - $100
Sean - $105
With this money, you'll be bidding on the following items:
Simple as it looks, a Move Up 1 pass to be used
any time that the List is still in play.

This is an instant effect. You'll move down 1 on the List.
If you're already as low as you can go, then no effect.

make on the board during Round 5.
That includes votes, DR entries, or any random posts.
The only exclusion: posts dealing directly with challenges.
Failure to curse in every post results in a strike.
3 strikes = an auto-vote cast against you
the next time you're nominated.

As you can see, each item is attached to a point value. If you win the item, you get the item's outcome, and you get the points that come with it. The person with the highest amount of points will win this round's PoV.
Here are a few rules on the bidding:
1. You MUST send all your bids at once via PM. You may post in your DR too, but we like getting the PMs. It makes it more official and then the bids can't be changed. Please PM your bids to both Blake and Penn.
2. You MUST bid on at least one item. You don't have to bid all of your money though.
3. Bids must be in dollar increments. We don't want no filthy change around here!
4. The HIGHEST you may bid on any one item is $100. The lowest you may bid on any one item is $1.
5. The item will go to the highest UNIQUE bidder. Thus, for example, if two players bid $100 on an item, and a third player bids $99. The player who bid $99 would get the item.
6. All bids must be sent by 6 pm EST Wednesday January 26. Remember, you may only send your bids ONCE. So make sure you are happy with them.
7. You MAY discuss your bids with other players.
